Menya akamaro ko kurya Gaperi (Physalis peruviana) ku buzima
Gaperi ni imbuto zitatse amabara meza ya zahabu n’icyatsi, zirimo akantu kameze nk’inkoko kazitwikira nk’utuyunguruzo cyangwa isanduku y’udupapuro.
Uretse kuba ziryoshye kandi zinogeye amaso, zifite akamaro gakomeye ku buzima bw’umuntu.
1. Aho Gaperi ikomoka n’Ukuntu imeze
Gaperi ni igihingwa kavukire muri Amerika y’Epfo (by’umwihariko muri Peru na Colombia), kikaba cyarahinze imizi mu bice bitandukanye by’Isi birimo Afurika, Aziya n’u Burayi.

3. Akamaro ku buzima
a) Gukomeza ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri
Vitamin C n’izindi antioxidants ziri muri Gaperi zifasha mu kongerera umubiri ubushobozi bwo kwirwanaho, bigafasha mu kurwanya indwara z’ibicurane, asima n’inkorora.
b) Kurwanya kanseri
Zirimo ibinyabutabire nka withanolides bifite ubushobozi bwo kurwanya imikurire y’uturemangingo twa kanseri, nk’uko ubushakashatsi bwakorewe muri National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) bubigaragaza.
c) Gugabanya cholesterol no kurinda umutima
Fibre ziri muri Gaperi zigabanya cholesterol mbi (LDL), zikarinda imitsi no gutumbagira k’amaraso, bityo zikarinda indwara z’umutima n’imvune z’udutsi two mu bwonko (stroke).
d) Gufasha mu igogora
